John Fuchs starts Pizza Specialties Inc. in downtown Kansas City, aiming to provide top-notch food products and services with a commitment to quality. His vision is to build a trusted name in the foodservice industry.

1981 – A Big Move

The company relocates to Mission, KS, marking a new era of growth. Serving clients from Omaha to St. Louis and Bixby, Oklahoma, while maintaining a strong presence in Kansas City.

Family Roots

As the business booms, the Fuchs family gets more involved, keeping it a true family affair. John Fuchs’ focus on customer satisfaction and quality products remains the backbone of the company.

Early 2024 – A New Chapter

To meet market demands, the company evolves into Fuchs Foodservice. Still operating accounts under Pizza Specialties Inc., especially in pizza and Greek establishments around Kansas City.
